Peanut Butter Cookie Pops Recipe

1. First of all, preheat the oven to 375°F (191°C).


2. In a mixing bowl, add in the peanut butter, butter, egg, vanilla and sugar. Combine and cream thoroughly.


3. In another mixing bowl, add in the flour, granulated sugar and salt. Combine and mix well then add the flour mixture into the creamed mixture. Continue mixing until well blended.


4. Shape the dough into a ball then roll the dough about 1/8 inch thick.


5. Before using the cutters, dip them into the flour.


6. Bake for 12 minutes then let them cool down.


7. Place a couple of wafers of Wilton cocoa-flavored candy so that they melt on warm cookie.


8. Serve and enjoy!
